Farm Notes:
The Konga Co-Op is a member of the larger Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Union. There are 2,400
members who pay a great detail of attention to the processing and production of coffee. Part of
their mission is also to give back to the community. They recently renovated a primary school
and provided it with new supplies. Ethiopian heirloom coffee plants are chosen from the forest
and transplanted to small gardens. These wild plants have complex flavor profiles.

Cupping Notes:
Tropical fruit, berries and a lingering taste of cocoa. Flavors are well balanced. Creamy
medium body.
