Farm Notes:
This multi-generational family of farmers is located in the Cordillera Isabella mountains. The soil
is composed of clay and volcanic ash. This farm is located 4200 feet above sea level. The coffee
beans are shade grown under natural shade trees providing limited daily sun exposure. Because
of this, it has a longer growing season to ripen and develop.

Cupping Notes:
Milk chocolate and citrus flavors with fruity floral aromas. Smooth and medium body with low
acidity.
