Farm Notes:
The La Florida Cooperative was established in 1965 by a group of small farmers from the
Chanchamayo region in Peru. The Co-Op has been dedicated to producing the highest quality
coffee beans and improving the quality of life for the people and the environment.
The organization’s Fair Trade profits provide education, healthcare and infrastructure to the
rural area. They established the Occupational Learning Center to promote their goals.

Cupping Notes:
Sweet, chocolatey, almond with a floral aroma. Medium body with a creamy mouthfeel. Light
citrus acidity.
