Farm Notes:

Local farmers bring the coffee cherries to the Gerbota Suka washing station. Here, they are hand sorted for the denser cherries to obtain a grade 1 designation. They are then dried on concrete patios under the sun for 20 days.


Cupping Notes: 

Black cherries, lemon and tangerine. Big body and nice aroma.
